Chanda Hawthorne wins The David Dye Award for Excellence in Theatre Artistry and Academics at Troy University

Chanda Hawthorne of Jay, FL, was among the students recognized for outstanding achievements in academics, leadership and service during Troy University's annual Honors Convocation.

Hawthorne received the The David Dye Award for Excellence in Theatre Artistry and Academics.

The Honors Convocation was held on Monday, April 16, at the Troy Campus with Dr. Glenda Curry, rector of All Saints' Episcopal Church in Homewood and former president of Troy University's Montgomery Campus, serving as keynote speaker.
