Lacey Alexander takes part in TROY Theatre production of "29"

Lacey Alexander of Morris, AL, will take part in a production of the musical "29" presented by the Troy University Department of Theatre and Dance Oct. 24-27 at the Troy Campus.

Alexander will play the role of Devon.

"29" is a pop/rock musical theater song cycle that features a tapestry of characters in their 20s, each facing defining moments of growing up--from graduating college to getting a job and finding romance. With sounds reminiscent of Billy Joel, Ben Folds, and James Taylor, the show ranges from playful and funny to touching and uplifting. This exciting new musical was co-written by Troy University graduate and current TROY Theatre faculty member Tommy Newman.
