Melissa Dillon takes part in TROY Theatre production of "Flyin' West"

Melissa Dillon of Alabaster, AL, recently took part in a production of the show "Flyin' West," presented by the Troy University Department of Theatre and Dance Sept. 29-Oct. 1 at the Trojan Center Theater on the Troy Campus.

Dillon served as Properties Manager.

"Flyin' West," written by Pearl Cleage and directed by Quinton Cockrell, is set in 1898 Kansas and tells the inspirational story of four African-American women who migrate westward to become landowning farmers.
