Patty Hobbs awarded Student Appreciation Day Scholarship

Patty Hobbs of Ozark, AL, has been awarded a Student Appreciation Day Scholarship at Troy University.

As one of 20 winning entries selected in the inaugural Student Appreciation Day Scholarship Contest, Hobbs will receive a $100 book scholarship to the Barnes & Noble campus bookstore, and one year free membership in the student alumni association.

Winning submissions were selected based on how well they demonstrated their commitment to academic success and making a difference in the lives of others through their chosen discipline.
