Shelby Wood wins Modern Language Award at Troy University

Shelby Wood of Wewahitchka, Florida, was among the students recognized for outstanding achievements in academics, leadership and service during Troy University's annual Honors Convocation.

Wood received the Modern Language Award.

Wood is a Senior Social Science Education and Spanish major.

The Honors Convocation was held on Monday, April 17, at the Troy Campus with Dr. John W. Schmidt, a former Troy University senior administrator, serving as keynote speaker.
