Troy University's Department of Theatre and Dance presented its Fall Dance show in November. About 70 students participated in "Art in Motion," a collaborative effort that stemmed from the inspiration of both artists and dancers as they worked alongside one another to create a unique dance concert. The show ran Nov. 8-11 and included an art display that ran through Nov. 14.

On April 11th International Economics (ECO 4451) students were able to tie theory learned in the classroom to the only Kia Manufacturing Facility in the U.S., located in West Point, GA employing over 3,000 workers and producing over 300,000 cars a year!

On February 26, 2018, the Sorrell College of Business students at the Dothan Campus had an opportunity to visit the CAE Dothan Training Center where they had the opportunity to see and experience the amazing technology utilized in flight simulators. The students were able to sit in a simulator cockpit and experience landing a fixed-wing plane.

Rotaract Club of Troy University's Dothan Campus volunteers recently assisted with The Exchange Center's 5K Run. On Saturday, April 28th, 2018, TROY students assisted with set up, running booths, and cleaning up. In total, $31,085 was raised for child abuse prevention.

A group of dance, theatre and music students will represent Troy University for the second year in Pietrasanta, Italy, for the Danza in Arte a Pietrasanta (DAP) Festival, a unique international festival of dance and visual arts that takes place June 17-30.
